These terms cover getingeniousai.com and the Ingenious AI platform sites linked from it. By using a platform, you accept these terms.
Ingenious AI runs the tools listed on this site. Each platform does the job described on its own pages. Most platforms have a free tier with limits and paid plans with higher limits. The plan limits on each pricing page are part of these terms.
You need an account for most platform functions. Keep your password private. You are responsible for work done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
Use the scanning and testing tools only on systems, domains, code and content that you own or have written permission to test. Do not overload the services, probe them for weaknesses outside a normal support request, or use them to break the law. We can suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Prices are listed on each platform's pricing page in US dollars. Paddle processes payments. A paid plan renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel from your account or by email. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for. A license key belongs to the account that bought it; do not share keys.
The platforms process the input you give them and return results based on that input. Results are information for your own review. They are not legal advice, and they do not replace a check by a qualified professional. Check any result before you act on it in a way that affects customers or contracts.
We work to keep the platforms running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. The services are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms. The current version stays on this page. If a change affects paid plans, we will email account holders before the change starts.
