When you create an account on one of our platforms, we store your email address and a hashed password. When you use a tool, we store the input you submit (for example a domain name, a block of code, a file or a piece of content) and the result the tool produces, so you can open your history later. We keep request logs with IP address, browser type and time of request. We use these logs to stop abuse and to fix faults. Payments go through Paddle. Paddle sends us a record of the purchase and the plan you bought. We never receive or store your full card number.
We use your data to run the tool you asked for, to keep your results available in your account, and to send service email such as alerts and reports that you switched on. We use log data to protect the services and to work out what went wrong when something breaks. We do not sell personal data.
Our sites use cookies. A session cookie keeps you signed in. Preference cookies remember settings such as your plan view. Advertising cookies are described in the next section.
This site uses Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other websites. We share data with the companies that run parts of the service for us: hosting, database storage, email delivery and payment processing. Each of them gets only the data it needs to do its job. We share data with authorities when the law requires it.
We keep account data while your account is open. Scan and report history stays until you delete it or close the account. To ask for your data to be deleted, email us from the address on your account and we will delete the account and its stored results.
